Though admittedly this is seeming more like a Higurashi website than an Anime website, I can assure you that's not the case. But with such an awesome anime out there, who can help but want to watch it? Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei seems to focus more around Rika than the previous two Higurashi storylines. Based in a "perfect world" Rika sets out to discover the truth of why everyone seems so "off" and trys to find her way back to her own world, though this could mean choosing between the friends she loves and the life she never had.
